Designation - Reporting Sr. AnalystDescriptionThe role will be responsible for all kind of Reporting as part of Global Business Support Services Team. The requirement will be to work with various teams to understand, gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs. Using skills and experience, the person will then use those requirements to design, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data store/warehouse. Looking for an individual, who is forward thinking, enjoys challenges in logical thinking and process improvement, is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards
• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed report and dashboards for both external and internal users
• Analyze and interpret data for business and operational initiatives
• Oversee ad-hoc and operational reports
• Perform quality assurance functions as they relate to reporting and data validation
• Excellent hand on Advanced Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Monitor and report on critical key performance indicators across processes
• Identify opportunities and propose improvement ideas across functions through analytics
• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
• Effectively communicate expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Power-Bi knowledge is Must with Practical hands on Experience knowledge

Position Qualification and Competency Requirements

• Master\'s Degree preferably in an analytical or business discipline (Accounting/ Finance, Computer Science, etc.) - MBA Finance, M. Com
• 5-6 years\' experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards
• Proficiency with Concur, Ariba, SAP & Power BI Reporting - BI certifications desirable
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Work Conditions

• Extended hours may be required in meet deadlines.
• Would be required to work with colleagues across different geographies and time zones
