You\'ll:Gain a strong understanding of a variety of business processes and proceduresPerform industry and company research using various online platforms and publicly available information.Develop expertise across various industriesApply research and analytical skills to various situations depending on the specific engagement. Examples include research of information on databases, review of financial statements and email and document reviewsCultivate an analytical mind set to identify gaps and trends in the data and documents reviewedPerform financial and documentary analyses, both qualitative and quantitative, which will be delivered to clients and other parties.Work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment with strong attention to detailParticipate in team and client meetingsOrganize observations and findings in order to present them in a structured manner in client deliverables.Desired qualificationsB.Com / MBA / equivalent qualification/experienceShould have relevant prior experience in Statutory Audit / Internal Audit. Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added advantageGood understanding of business processes and controlsShould have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English) skillsExcellent academic track recordStrong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk managementStrong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of dataStrong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approachAdaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlinesLocation and way of workingBase location: Pune / AhmedabadThis profile involves occasional travelling to client locationHybrid is our default way of working.
