We deliver strategy and implementation, from a business and technology view, to help you lead in the markets where you compete.Your work profileAs a Manager in our Forensic & Disputes team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You\'ll:

  • Obtain a strong understanding of each Client\'s business processes and procedures
  • Lead the engagement team in evaluating fraud risk faced by clients in a particular industry and the impact of those risks on an organization
  • Understand client requirements in order to plan the scope of work for each engagement, decide on an efficient approach to conduct the engagement and identify appropriate team members and resources required to successfully execute the engagement.
  • Lead engagement team members to draw logical and factual conclusions including
  • Research of information on databases,
  • Review of financial statements
  • Email and document reviews
  • Analysis of legal documents
  • Review work performed by team members through the course of the engagement and evaluate their observations and findings
  • Lead team and client meetings in order to achieve the objectives of the engagement.
  • Interact with clients and other external sources to obtain relevant information and present engagement updates and reports
  • Prepare and present client deliverables in a structured format as per the objectives of the engagement.
Desired qualifications
  • Civil engineer or Chemical engineer from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
  • Ideal exp:4 - & yrs.
  • Must have Technical Audit / Internal Audit / Forensic Audit experience in Infrastructure projects
  • Exposure in government advisory would be preferred
  • Experience in managing PMO activities
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English) skills
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
  • Strong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of data
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
Location and way of working
  • Base location: Gurugram
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client location
