Job Description

This is a Full-Time and Part-Time hybrid role for a (Sales) Financial Advisor at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Ltd in Lucknow.

The Sales Advisor (Financial Advisor) will be Responsible for Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Child's future planning, Providing Financial Advice and Managing Investments.

This Role allows for Flexibility with Work from Home or Work from Office with flexible hours.

Sales Advisor (Life Insurance)

Job Summary:

As a Sales Advisor for life insurance, you will play a crucial role in advising and guiding clients on their life insurance needs. Your primary responsibility will be to sell life insurance policies to individuals and businesses, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to protect their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed sales targets by selling life insurance policies.

2. Conduct need analysis to understand customers' financial goals and risk tolerance.

3. Provide expert advice on life insurance products and services.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to ensure seamless customer experience.

8. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and customer interactions.

9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and product knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Relevant sales experience (preferably in life insurance).

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Knowledge of life insurance products, services, and industry regulations.

5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

6. Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, finance, or related field).
