Job Description
Requirements:
Provide financial planning support to clients
Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships
Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy
Respond to prospective customer queries about financial planning
Assist in the development plans for the company
Offer subject matter expertise to fellow Financial Advisors
Maintain awareness of the latest legislative changes that may affect financial planning
Responsibilities.
-Handle as many calls as routed
-Building Quality Conversations
-Generate revenue by understanding the need of customers
-Upsell other products wherever possible
-Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity
-Analyse the situation at hand and take a business decision to ensure quality
-Make sure customer experience is not impacted
-Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to customer
-Involving completely in the sales cycle by converting qualified leads to clients
