SRP U.S Logistics is subsidiary alliance of Best Bay Logistics\xe2\x84\xa2 is the one of the biggest names to provide various services under one roof, such as Transportation (both Drayage & TL), Freight Forwarding, Storage & Warehousing in US & Canada. We\'re remotely managing end to end operations for above mentioned company from our captive unites based in North India- Gurugram, Mohali, Jallandhar etc. Below are the job specifications:

• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Responsible for market research, and facilitating communication with international businesses and partners;
• Keeps abreast of global market trends;
• Prepares international marketing plans and coordinates with other departments to achieve marketing endeavors;
• Prepares marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff;
• Oversees creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;
• Prepares and adheres to budgets;
• Helps establish competitive pricing strategies and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, and A/P;
• Additional controller duties as necessary;
• Ensures brand messages are consistent;
• Communicates with a variety of businessmen and women from different countries and companies;
• Nurtures and enriches all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or finance.
• Working towards a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance/Business preferred;
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
• Work closely on month end close for international entities together with 3rd party outsourced accountants and/or international local accountants;
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and positive attitude;
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and basic knowledge of international accounting requirements;
• Backup to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable-Assisting with 1099 sales rep and subcontract vendor onboarding and offboarding process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and solve problems;
• Tech savvy with some knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn SAAS programs and U.S accounting experience is a must.
• Experience with different accounting software including QBO, Bill.com, Netsuite, Sage, SAP, Navision, and consolidations is a mandate.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 55,000.00 - 75,000.00 per month Benefits:
