Extensive experience in Tally ERP and bookkeepingWhat You'll Be Doing:Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.Bookkeeping activity: pass all kinds of accounting entries and maintain all ledgers in Tally ERP, generating financial reports whenever required.Export: Manager transactions in satisfactory and timely manner by communicating with customers, service providers and other internal stake holders.Purchase coordination: Prepare, place and follow up with suppliers to get deliveries of materials regularly, executing the supply chain schedule and negotiating with suppliers as and when required.Bank payment runs: Identify the vendor payments to be done and complete the payment run with high level of accuracy using online banking platforms This also involves compliance with the time limit prescribed under MSME Act.Vendor / Customer Reconciliation: Maintaining vendor and customer reconciliations on monthly basis.Record keeping: Maintaining all accounting and legal records with accurate listing and traceability.Maintaining Compliances to local tax laws viz, - Income Tax Act, 1961 - Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017Internal audits: Handling internal audit independently to the satisfaction of internal auditors.Additional InformationCroda recognises employees as our strength and the diversity they bring to our workforce are directly linked to our ongoing success.
