Purpose of the role


You will be assigned as an individual contributor within the Global/ Finance Shared Services team having the responsibilities for process-oriented tasks that shall include, but not be limited to invoicing, reconciliations, accounting, reporting, MIS, close orders, procurement, and other process-oriented activities of the regional business.


Some positions that you might be assigned are (depending on the vacancy):

• Central Service Consultant
• Accounts & Financial Operations Executive

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting area
• Should be a graduate in Business / Accounting / Commerce degree, with majors in accounting or finance desirable
• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
• High proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Quickly understands business issues, data challenges, and reporting/workforce analytical needs.
• Experience in managing high volume workload in a changing environment

Mindset to navigate the role

• Regular coordination with the team to understand the requirements and to produce effective and efficient service.
• You should be a good team player. Some tasks will involve a number of steps, which means good communication with the team is essential to keep things running smoothly.
• Work with your Analytical mind and make sure the tasks are delivered accurately.
• Ability to provide and receive feedback from others to improve delivery of service.

Role Requirements



• Hybrid in Malad Mumbai
• Desirable to be able to work outside of normal working hours if needed
