Finance System Developer (TM1/Tagetik/Cognos/IBM Planning Analytics)- 5+ Years - Gurugram

Looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience with either IBM Cognos/IBM Planning Analytics/TM1/Tagetik in development and maintenance of Finance systems. Someone who handles & document Financial Reporting system change requirements.

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities: * Gather, interpret, and develop changes for financial reporting systems.

• Be a key member of the UK&I Finance Reporting Systems team.
• Deliver application development and support, ensuring documentation and governance compliance
• Thoroughly test and approve system changes & user requests following documented processes and controls.
• Lead and contribute to key finance change projects, including planning and project management.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting teams to identify optimal solutions for emerging requirements

Requirements * Strong development experience in financial and regulatory reporting solutions.

• Proficiency in TM1, IBM Controller, IBM Planning Analytics, and/or Tagetik.
• SQL knowledge is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult stakeholders/customers.
• Experience in financial control design, implementation, and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
