Job Title:Finance SupportSummary: Responsible for FP&A functions- reporting and presentation, preparation of budget, various analysis and publishing of resultsResponsibilities Include:

• Monthly reports and analysis to internal stake holders like \xe2\x80\x93 Revenue Reporting, Regional/functional KPIs & Dashboards, Price & margin analysis, P&L/SG&A analysis and other need-based MIS.
• Presentations to internal stake holders on key data and analysis thereon
• Sales and margins reconciliations.
• Inter Company Cross Charges and Royalty Workings
• Book close and month end activities \xe2\x80\x93 Claims accruals, Profit/cost center checks & reclasses.
• Preparation of Segment P&L for Transfer pricing compliance
• Preparation of functional budget, computation of burden rates.
• Support the regional team on audits, schedules, and analysis.
• Other adhoc tasks (Need based data mining/reports, Assist in analytical reviews )

Qualifications:The following are required for the role

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting / finance. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in finance.
• Ability to work in an SAP enabled environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting & analysis.
• Excellent communication skills; flexible and cooperative.
• Ability to independently work under pressure on multiple tasks/ projects.
• Ability to work as part of a global matrixed team.
• Diligent character with willingness to learn.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Proficient computer skills and advanced MS-Excel/Power BI skills.
