POSITION TITLE Finance Specialist REPORTS TO (Title) Manager-Finance DEPARTMENT NAME Finance LOCATION Noida, India SHIFT TIMINGS 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM [ Flexibility as required] Experience Min 5 years Position Overview Responsible for the validation of transactional data and related activities as listed below in Key Responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Regular Accounting work including maintenance of all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments. Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection. Working Knowledge TDS / TCS including data preparation & Validation Working Knowledge GST including data preparation & Validation up to reconciliation and filing of Returns as per law. Providing data & information to Internal / Statutory Auditors as and when required. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors including Import Payables Logistics Invoice Processing Rebate Receivable Reconciliation Import Data record keeping Tracking SEZ sales and acknowledgements Adequate working knowledge of Accounts till finalization stage, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, GL Scrutiny, Trial Balance, Fixed Assets & Depreciation Workings etc. Skill Sets Required Good Working Knowledge [Intermediate User level] expertise of AX Dynamics or similar ERP Packages such as SAP would be an added advantage. Effective Team Player - should be able to effectively manage work with all stake holders. Enthusiastic /Self Motivated. Excellent verbal as well as Written Communication skills & email etiquette Self-motivated & disciplined approach Willingness to learn new concepts & technologies Flexible approach and good team player Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Qualifications / Experience Minimum B.
