Looking out for a Finance Specialist- Work From HomeExp Required:3-7yearsLocation: RemoteResponsibilities
- Transaction processing activities including processing AP and AR invoices
- Match remittance advice received against AR invoices in the accounting system
- Complete bank reconciliation for a portfolio of clients Process supplier payments as per payments calendar
- Complete AP related month end activities for a portfolio of our clients
- Review and maintain prepayments and accruals schedule
- Maintain fixed asset register for multiple clients including processing monthly depreciation entries
- Process month end journals
- Support Consultant - Financial Accounting with ad hoc analysis
- Update time and attendance information in payroll system to process payroll Desired skills and characteristics
- Working knowledge in Excel
- Exposure to an ERP package is desirable, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
