Mission Statement: Hitachi Energy is seeking a Finance Specialist with an understanding of credit control. The job is to support US activities with work location in Bangalore, India. You will be a vital member of the finance team within the Front Office - Common Shared Services (CSS). You will provide key support to the business, ensuring the accurate tracking and processing of orders. This position is responsible for actively monitoring the credit queries, managing the order blocks and shared email along with dashboard preparation and KPI calculation and reporting. Your Responsibilities: Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are in good standing. Allocate tasks per approving authority table and release orders when required. Proactively work with CSS front office team and global credit team. Establish good understanding of the entire credit check process. Manage business queries on related topics. Communicate with business and all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction. Assist with creation and setup of new customer accounts. Promote professional ownership of services provided to business partners. Develop relationship with business partners. Prepare KPIs and reports on regular basis. Maintain relevant documentation. Analyze financial statements to make a credit decision. Your Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting, finance or related field with at least 3 years of experience preferably in large multinational companies. Ability to work in a high-volume environment, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). SAP or S/4 HANA experience is required. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office levels required. Understanding of financial statements is preferred.
