Job Role: Client Services Associate

Job Title: Finance & Sales Executive (Mutual Fund & Insurance)

As an Executive at Value First Financial Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' financial objectives and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to client accounts, including processing paperwork, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
• Portfolio Analysis: Collaborate with portfolio managers to analyze client portfolios, track performance, and provide insights to optimize investment strategies.
• Compliance Assistance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Communication and Education: Communicate investment strategies, market updates, and product information to clients, providing education and guidance as needed.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the client services function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance , MBA in Finance preferrable .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance products, and basic investment principles preferrable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Search engines is preferred.

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
