•Location:• Vijay Nagar Mangal City Mall McDonald's above 1st floor office no.160, Indore

•Requirement:• Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

•Salary:• 11k to 12k inhand salary

•Job Details:•

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the services over the phone.

- Address any questions or issues customers may have.

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- Enter and update customer information in the database.

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

- Meet monthly sales targets as assigned by management.

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

- •Login to Disbursement Process of Loan File:• Handle the end-to-end process of logging in loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation, following up on required approvals, and coordinating with the disbursement team to finalize the loan process.

•Candidate Requirements:•

1. Good communication skills with a pleasing personality.

2. Proficient in customer handling.

3. Ability to perform well under pressure.

4. Fresher or experienced candidates, both can be considered.

5. Sales experience in the banking/financial sector is preferred.
