This role will support enhancing end user knowledge on tool utilization such as data collection process, request access, calculation, business rules, training documentation and enabling KU community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage access rights through dedicated application Passport Be the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for Teranga master data request process and for data quality and propagation from MDM tool (Orchestra) Provide functional Level 1 assistance to Teranga users (teams communication, heldesk session, managing RC generic email address ) Perform training and create contain for AFA Create and animate Teranga Key User (KU) community Update the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) manual and contribute to fine-tuning our support processes Update supporting documentation for Teranga new users Comply with auditor (external and internal) procedure regarding Logical access Qualifications & Skills: EDUCATION Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Engineering Language: English (mandatory) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Fluency in communication in English, both written and verbal Team playing skills Time management and prioritization Influencing skills Conflict management Continual improvement mindset TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE Mandatory Basic knowledge in accounting and controlling AIR VALUES (Agile, Inclusive & Responsible) BEHAVIOUR: Capacity to continuously adapt to a changing environment by showing a pro-active and positive approach Actively listen to people, encouraging feedback and sharing experiences Make things simple Focus on our goals and prioritize our actions Be curious and have an appetite for learning Work as a team and avoid silos Ask questions instead of making assumptions Show respect for others\' individuality and cultural identity Keep our commitments towards internal and external stakeholders (employees, customers, passengers, society) Comply with our code of ethics and support the use of the Alstom Alert Procedure Learn from your mistakes and implement corrective actions EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET 3-5 years of experience.
