The team comprises disciplines including Treasury, Tax, Controllers and Financial Planning & Analysis, and manages and partners on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citis compliance with financial rules and regulations.Were currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as a Finance Reporting Analyst 2 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Office - C10) based in Mumbai, India. The Finance Reporting Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for the generation, tracking and submission of financial reports in coordination with the Finance Team. The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and report business/financial transactions, reports and statements in accordance with local regulatory guidelines.In this role, youre expected to:ICEC (Intra Citi Extensions of Credit) agreement inventory management.Support activities within ICEC team (Intra Citi Extensions of Credit standards) related to creation, renewals and retirement of ICEC agreements.Daily and monthly Limit monitoring of ICEC agreementPublishing monthly utilization report to respective countries.Support to email and iQuery management.Closely work on escalation management by coordinating with senior stakeholders across multiple businesses on a regular BAU basis.Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reportingAssist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting periodFacilitate the implementation of procedures and the development of analyses and reportsDeliver routine and defined outputsEscalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or proceduresIntegrate established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practicesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.As a successful candidate, youd ideally have the following skills and exposure:2-5 years of previous experience preferredExperience in Finance, Financial Services or Accounting Internship preferredProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS ExcelDetail orientedConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsBachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMasters in Mcom or MBA FinanceTake the next step in your career, apply for this role at Citi todayJob Family Group: FinanceJob Family: Financial ReportingTime Type: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
