About Business line/Function:
The Finance Solutions Office (FSO) in ISPL is in charge of providing the below services worldwide:
• Steer the end-to-end implementation of Finance projects by responding to Business Line and Finance & Strategy requirements in a timely manner
• Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across the Group with a particular focus on the roll-out of One Financial System(OFS),cornerstone of the F&S strategy
Within the Finance Solutions Office, the OFS Rollouts team is in charge of the following activities:
• Drive the migration strategy globally, along with the Finance Target Operating Model implementation worldwide, in full collaboration with ITG FRESH
• Execute migration projects relying on a global Migration Competence Centre (MCC) and the regional set up in EMEA, APAC and Americas
• Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied and adapted when needed in the regions, in close collaboration with the Finance Academy

POSITION PURPOSE
--------------------
The main responsibility of this role is to perform project management activities for the rollout of key projects within Finance and Strategy, with a special focus on our flagship project: the rollout of One Financial System suite of tools globally. The role involves working closely with the regional and central program managers to assist them to engage the contributing teams and obtain/produce the deliverables, securing the progress as per expected timelines and comply with the best practices.
Responsibilities
n Lead and drive Finance and Strategy projects, which respond to business & regulatory reporting requirements
n Act as a liaison between the Global/Regional program manager and contributing teams globally to drive the project management activities and deliver the objectives of the project.
n Actively support the project manager by contributing to the planning, scoping, monitoring of progress and issues, management of risks, collection of validation and tracking of aftercare actions by performing the necessary PMO activities at all stages.
n Enforce a strong project governance by sharing updates and KPIs with the project team and management, CXO's as per agreed governance models.
n Dynamically assist the project team to monitor the completion of tasks, ensure effective communication, continuous alignment of all contributors and timely running of governance routines.
n Ensure proactive management of project plan together with the program managers, effectively manage unplanned events, manage dependencies and critical path by raising alerts/escalating issues/reviewing the roadmap/proposing mitigation plan as necessary in a timely manner.
n Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied within the project organization and updated when specific needs arise in close collaboration with Regional and Central Stakeholders
TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

At least 10 years of experience in project management and coordination of projects in complex organisational and multicultural environments with below skill sets:
• Experienced in the various phases (framing, study / design, execution, completion/closure).
• Ability to manage indirectly other project resources working under their own hierarchy, resources of various expertise/experience level.
• Ability to develop a culture of the planning, be able to keep a direction in order to meet the deadlines in an autonomous manner.
• Ability to propose for decisions with clear substantiation of pros and cons from sponsor perspective.
• Strong listening skills, Analytical Skills, interpersonal skills and ability to identify/impose compromise
• Knowledge of Banking and Financial services is a must, of accounting is desired
• Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy, self-driven
• Organised and delivery-focused, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills
o Is able to articulate a message clearly and succinctly.
o Is able to tailor communication style to relevant audiences (i.e. communicate complex issues / matters in a simple understandable way).
