About us:

Our venture is a boot-strapped venture funded by a leading Indian Tyre OEM that has a vision to provide a full-stack of trusted mobility solutions to Indian car owners. It has started testing out operations in Gurgaon with offering car services to vehicle owners out of their OEM warranty. The venture plans to expand product lines into minor repairs and accessories segment in subsequent quarters. The predicted roadmap for our venture envisions 300Mn USD in sales by end of Year 7 at a valuation of ~1Bn USD.

Finance and program management at our venture

We are looking for a skilled financial analyst with program management and commercial negotiation experience to join our team. This role involves using your expertise in financial analysis and data crunching to evaluate business opportunities and provide commercial insights. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating deals with vendors and partners, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your role:

As the Finance and program management resource, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant data to identify opportunities for growth and development.

- Create financial models and conduct analyses to evaluate the feasibility of potential business deals and investments.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the best possible deal for the company.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth operations and successful partnerships.

- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team to drive business success.

- Conduct regular reviews of business performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.

- Conduct due diligence on potential partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure they meet the company\'s standards and expectations.

- Assist in the development of business plans and strategies to achieve growth targets.

Key skills required:

- 5+ years of experience in a business finance, business analysis or similar role.

- Strong financial analysis and data crunching skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software

Education Qualifications:

- CA degree

- Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
