Finance Professional (sales Contracts)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall governance of Order Execution for Ultrasound Business Line
2. SPOC on Ultrasound order execution, resolution of open issues, timely capitalization of Demo units etc.
3. Co-ordinate with regional commercial colleagues for any open commercial aspects of business during project execution - BG, Proforma Invoice, LC draft/vetting etc.
4. Constant monitoring of health of UOV, raise flags wherever delay in execution is expected
5. Drive revenue forecast accuracy
6. Ensure timely co-ordination & drive actions with various stake holders (Logistics, Sales, etc.) to ensure revenue achievement as forecasted
7. Order cost review and timely action to reflect correct order profitability
8. Drive claim management
9. Stakeholder management and first point of contact to BL Management on order execution status, Demo movements, Inventory - Status & Ageing
10. Addl. responsibility of handling PETNET related governance
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce with Inter CA/CMA with 6 to 8 years\' experience in order execution.
- Should have proficiency in MS Office especially expertise in MS Excel
- Possess excellence in oral and written communication & good team player.
