Its an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleFinance Partner to the HR Function managing HR Programmes & projects, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and delivery of savings.This role would be in Bangalore, GCC India and would report to Sr. Finance Partner - Global FunctionsThis role is key to ensuring the accuracy of reporting for Global HR programmes & projects.Key responsibilitiesHaleon HR Finance Partner to drive HR Programmes & Projects and track & deliver savings.Produce monthly reporting packs, according to prescribed month-end timelines.Partner and challenge project teams to produce realistic forecasts, both in terms of spend and phasing. Provide guidance on accounting policy and ensure all reporting is up to date and aligned to those policies.Engage with Local Finance / Business Teams as may be necessary to resolve any challenges that may require specific expertise and drive any such challenges to solutionBuild collaborative and trusted working relationships within key stakeholders in the function and across finance that ensure successful finance partnering.
