We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Working Capital Manager to join team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work closely with different accounting, business budget project (BPM) managers and Finance Directors to keep the working capital optimized and in control.

Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role and would entail you to:



• Closely work with other Working Capital Manager and Analyst to compile monthly Working Capital (AR and AP) reporting for all Omnicom Media Group agencies.
• Run reporting and aggregate Working Capital data from multiple sources (MediaOcean, Microsoft D365, Cognos); create custom reports in Excel, as directed.
• Ability to upload Working Capital data into HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) efficiently and accurately; identify/resolve issues before submission and ensure internal deadlines are met.
• Reconcile Working Capital data to General Ledger data within HFM monthly.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable balances - Review ARs by agency/region/client and identify issues. Work closely with Budget Project Managers (BPMs), Finance Directors (FDs), and other internal personnel to optimize collections and ensure payment terms are met.
• Assess monthly cash forecast submissions by the BPMs for accuracy. Submit weekly updates on cash status to senior management.
• Ability to summarize WC data and create explanations/reasoning for Past Due, Unbilled Media/Revenue, Negative WC, YOY Investment differences, and other balances requiring additional detail for monthly meetings with senior management.
• Organize and schedule AR and Cash Forecast status meetings with BPMs/FDs.
• Run inquiries on client credit viability through an external system (Allianz) and assist in establishing credit insurance limits; provide reports upon request.
• Monitor and assist in the reconciliation of unapplied cash through monthly meetings with BPMs and ad hoc inquiries.
• Identify potential offsets/write-offs on aging and work with BPMs to resolve.

Qualifications:
This may be the right role for your if you have,



• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 9-12 years of experience working in a Finance team, with exposure to Billing / Collections, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience with financial systems, including Hyperion/HFM, D365 and Media Ocean is preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles , Working Capital and AR
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work on tight deadlines.
