Overview: The Client Finance Manager position will be responsible for collaborating with client account teams to analyse, report, and forecast revenue and pass-through costs. Meet with client account team to discuss actual for the current period and update the forecast for future months.
Maintain revenue trackers for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
Build and analyze client profitability, burn, and utilization schedules.
Prepare and support monthly revenue and WIP accruals with staff accountants.
Prepare deferred and accrued revenue reconciliations.
Manage and prepare monthly budget submissions and management presentations.
Manage working capital reporting.
Oversee client billing and collections
Monitor WIP aging to ensure pre-bills clear vendor invoices timely and non-pre-billed items are billed timely
Liaise with the billing team to ensure projects are created accurately and closed timely
Prepare reporting, such as monthly job summaries, service fee analysis, non-billable client expense analysis and others as needed.
Ensure that client documentations such as SOW's, PO's, LOIs are secured for invoicing and revenue recognition
Review and approve vendor contracts and invoices
Support financial audits and ad hoc request

Qualifications: This may be the right role for you if you have
10+ years of finance experience or a related field
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong knowledge on US GAAP
Strong working knowledge in Financial planning and analysis (Forecasting, Budgeting, Analysis)
Strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Work and PowerPoint
Knowledge of systems Hyperion, Cognos Reporting, D365, IBM Analytics a plus
