Overview:

We have a role for a Associate - Finance & Data Operations who can perform day to day accounting transactions & Data operations for Omnicom Group US Finance. This might be a great fit if have strong accounting skills and would to be part of leading a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global and India Finance Teams.

Location - Hyderabad

Shift Timings - 2-11 PM

Experience - 1-2 years

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities



• Provide accounting support to the OMG US Shared Services by focusing on day-to-day responsibilities on transactions between OMG US and other agencies within Omnicom
• Having experience into IC or R2R process and month end close activities(Preferred)
• Proposing and Posting the JE's in the application
• Perform Reconciliations and follow-up on the open items to resolve
• Candidate should be flexible during the close to support Month end close.
• Independently able to perform the activities with minimal supervision
• Pro actively communicating to the business partners and lead on any variances and challenges


Qualifications:
This may be the right role for your if you have



• 1-2 years of exp.in RTR
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting with 1-2 years of experience in accounting operations.
• Basic Excel skills are required including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups and conditional formulas
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
