We have an exciting role as Finance Operations-Associate (Accounts Payable + T&E) drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

Responsibilities:
#### This is an exciting role and would require you to

• Basic financial administration support - issuing POs, Invoicing, handling cost estimates base, excel billing statuses preparation and tracking, financial forms and requests execution.
• proper project files storage and organisation.
• assistance with any administrative tasks and documentations - travels, corp expenses, meetings organisations and booking.
• Must have - excellent Excel knowledge, high level of self organisation, and a good sense of time management.
