Position : Finance Manager
Contract Duration : 3 years (Renewable)
Job Location : Maputo, Mozambique (Southern Africa)

Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of 10+ years in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, client reporting, taxation, VAT, annual filings, and income tax, along with ERP software expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Management : Oversee and maintain all bookkeeping, tax compliance, and audit procedures.
• Auditing & Compliance : Conduct audits, check client reports, and ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and annual filings.
• MIS & Financial Reporting : Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• ERP Systems : Utilize ERP software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks) for efficient financial management.
• Client & Team Handling : Manage client accounts and lead a team to achieve financial objectives.

Required Expertise :

• Skills : Auditing, Client Reporting, Taxation, VAT, Annual Filings, Income Tax, MIS Reporting, Financial Controls
• ERP Proficiency : Tally, Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks, and similar software

Education :

• CA/CS/Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field

Experience :

• Minimum of 10+ years in Accounting and Auditing, with proven expertise in auditing, taxation, and financial compliance.
