We are urgently hiring a candidate for the Role of Senior Manager-Finance at our leading Real estate company at Belapur, Navi Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Financial Management & MIS Reporting

- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for senior management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Design, develop, and implement the organization's MIS strategy to facilitate timely, accurate, and insightful decision-making.

- Oversee the development of customized dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for various departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.).

- Automate manual financial processes and reporting to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all financial data and reports produced through the MIS.

- Collaborate with department heads to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance tracking.

ERP Implementation & Management

- Lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems (Experience in handling of

Microsoft 365

is preferred ).

- Ensure successful system integration with other applications such as CRM, HRMS, and supply chain systems.

- Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to the ERP system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, and Operations) to align ERP functionalities with business needs.

- Drive process re-engineering and workflow automation by leveraging ERP capabilities.

- Ensure regular system updates, troubleshooting, and system upgrades to avoid disruptions in business operations.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

- Implement internal control frameworks to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Oversee the audit process (internal and external) and ensure audit readiness at all times.

- Ensure data security, system access controls, and protection of sensitive financial information.

- Identify financial, operational, and system-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate cross-functional teams from Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of ERP and MIS systems.

- Act as a key advisor to senior management on matters related to financial performance, systems, and risk.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft 365) and MIS reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).

- Data Analytics: Ability to generate and interpret actionable insights from financial and operational data.

- Process Automation: Expertise in streamlining financial processes through automation and ERP functionalities.

- Risk & Compliance: Knowledge of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.

- Change Management: Experience leading ERP implementation, process re-engineering, and technology change initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Chartered Account and Master's degree or MBA preferred).

- 8+ years of experience in finance, MIS, and ERP management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of successful ERP implementation (Microsoft 365).

- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, risk management, and business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,100,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
