Job description:
Working Capital Management:
- Raise capital from Banks / Financial Institution / Investors [Debt / Equity]
- Indecently handle complete credit assessment and due diligence exercise for fund raising
- Complete loan documentation and other post disbursement activities
- Maintain Robust Relationship with Banks / Financial Institution
- Experience in fixed income products like NCD, MLD, Commercial Paper, etc.
- Continuous engagement with key stakeholders like Banks / Investors / Financial Institutions / Credit Rating Agencies, etc.
- Handle end-to-end Commercial Paper activties
- Optimum utilization of capital through continuous monitoring of working capital requirements
- Understanding of various fund raising instrument
- Experience in capital market / stock broking business
- Understanding of working capital cycle of stock broking business
- Working capital Management / Cash flow management
- Independently work on Listing of securities
Treasury Activities:
- Well versed with treasury products like investments in MF / Bonds / FDs / Government Securities, etc.
- Handle entire activities related to investment of surplus funds
- Robust relationship management for optimum returns on investment
MIS:
- Prepare and maintain various business-related MIS
- Generate Periodic reports for Management Reporting
- Analyze MIS information as per business requirement
- Real time update and maintenance of the MIS data
Requirement / Desired Skills (give skills in order of criticality i.e. critical skills to be mentioned first) :
- Good understanding of Broking Industry
- Complete understanding of all Banking, Financing Instruments and Process
- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, RBI/SEBI regulations
- Excellent with Financial Reporting, Management Accounting and Accounting
- Must demonstrate competency in Advance Microsoft Office, expert in excel & PowerPoint presentation
- Understanding of Oracle ERP
- Excellent Communication Skills, Conceptual & Analytical Skills, Good understanding of financial statements.
- Street smart attitude, with problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking.
