You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure the financial health and success of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement financial best practices to optimize profitability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare rolling forecasts to anticipate future financial trends and challenges.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow projections and optimize working capital to meet operational needs.
- Monitor banking activities and coordinate with financial institutions to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and maximize returns on investments.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the finance team.
