We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA with expertise in Tally accounting software The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions and reporting Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management. Taxation and Compliance: Stay updated on tax laws and regulations and ensure the companys compliance with local and national tax requirements. Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and documents accurately and on time. Work with external auditors during the annual audit process. Tally Expertise: Proficiently managed Tally accounting software, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Generate various financial reports using Tally for management and regulatory purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve Tallyrelated issues efficiently. Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to support company objectives. Provide financial insights and analysis to aid in decisionmaking. Expense Management: Control and optimize expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budget guidelines. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Maintain and update risk assessment and mitigation plans. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and compliance within the finance department. Qualifications: A Certified Chartered Accountant CA qualification is mandatory. 2 4 Years of experience as Finance Manager or executive after completion of CA, excluding articleship experience. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role. Expertise in Tally accounting software is essential. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
