What you'll do:


• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and learning on the job. Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Legal contract/agreement drafting, negotiation & execution, Adhoc reporting requests from WPP and Corporate team, and monthly Payroll preparation(if required). Review monthly P&L, budgets, and forecasts prior to FD review
• Facilitate weekly revenue meetings with the client service team and oversee the updating of Sugar CRM Also assist them with fee calculations for completion of proposals and RFP's financial reviews and approvals.
• Responsible for financial reporting in Cartesis along with approval of actuals, budgets, and forecasts in Cartesis. Maintaining and reviewing project trackers along with managing external, internal, and client audits run smoothly with the finance team, Manage revenue recognition and reporting in accordance with WPP Policies and IFRS.
• Ensuring statutory compliance for, RBI, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Customs, GST, Excise & Payroll and adherence to policy for /off boarding of staff . Responsible for the billing and revenue function and management of the Client Accountant team. Maintain evidence for month-end revenue recognition.


What you'll need:


• Qualified accountant (BCOM, MCOM, Inter CA, MBA). With solid experience working with finance systems, Maconomy.
• Preferred experience in a branding agency in finance function, leading a team, and ideally with an accountancy practice background.
• Passionate about being culturally connected and on the leading edge of brands, marketing, and design.
