Responsibilities • Taking complete ownership of all the day to day finance and accounting activities and preparing reports to establish control over daily business transactions.
• Setting up strong reporting framework with an objective of monitoring and controlling centrally all the hubs or units operating at Pan India level.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization by regular monitoring and analysis of financial data suggesting corrective action plan to the management.
• Variance analysis between projections and actual performance.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and training finance personal and design a framework for meeting the above objectives.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
• Liaising with auditors and other external agencies when needed.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Job Requirement Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance or Business Finance Manager.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of accounting. Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations like GST.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• B.Com/M.com degree in Finance. Professional qualification such as CA/ CMA will be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Willing to take up new challenges and is a lifelong learner.
