: This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Relation Realtech PVT. LTD. located in Pune. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting,



financial analysis, recovery of payments, financial reporting, and cash flow management. They will

also oversee financial planning and forecasting, as well as aid in strategic decision-making.



Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of Relation Realtech's financial operations.

Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.

Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to company leadership.

Maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Manage a team of accounting professionals.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CFA certification preferred).

Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management.

Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
