The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop financial strategies to support company growth and sustainability.
• Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring effective operations and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
