We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at ITCT.ONLINE. The ideal candidate should possess 3-6 years of experience in financial management and have a proven track record of handling diverse accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts using Tally and other ERP accounting software.
• Handle GST compliance, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
• Oversee e-way bill processing, site filing, and ITR knowledge application.
• Administer payroll processes and ensure timely annual filings.
• Lead a team effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally or any ERP accounting software.
• Solid understanding of GST regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Strong knowledge of payroll management and annual filings.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary Range: ?20,000 - ?50,000+ (Based on experience and skills).
