Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and Result-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the financial operations of at least 5 branches, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

2. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS, and TCS reports.

3. Oversee the preparation and submission of income tax returns and compliance with all statutory requirements.

4.Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring all documentation and financial statements are prepared and presented accurately.

5.Present financial information to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

6.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

Requirements:

• CA, MBA, MCOM Qualification
• Laptop Compulsory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with experience in a company with a minimum turnover of ?50 crores.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge and experience in GST, TDS, TCS, Tally and Income Tax regulations.
• Proven experience in managing and leading an accounts team of 15 or more professionals.
