SOLAR CONNECT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, preferably within the renewable energy sector. This role will be based in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and present reports to senior management.
• Accounting and Compliance:
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and cost accounting.
• Risk Management:
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Optimize working capital and manage investment strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ?19,925.65 - ?40,000.00 per month
