Introduction:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in India. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations while providing valuable insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to optimize financial performance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with Indian GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Budget Management: Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgets. Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Cash Flow Management: Forecast cash flow requirements and ensure efficient cash management. Monitor banking activities and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with Indian tax laws. Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors during audits.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and risk management practices.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
• 3-6 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and commitment to professional standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,814,232.90 per year
