Responsibilities: Contribution Income Target:

Ensure achievement of Contribution Income target for the India portfolio.

Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

Develop strategies to improve business profitability.



Planning and Forecasting:

Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Monitor and review financial performance against targets and initiate corrective actions as required.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.



Collaboration with Operation Team:

Work closely with the Operation team to understand their requirements and align financial plans accordingly.

Support the Operation team in managing the financial aspects of projects, including cost management and savings targets.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.



KPI Scoring for Finance:

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for finance-related elements.

Track and evaluate financial performance against these KPIs.

Implement strategies to improve KPI performance and drive financial efficiency.



Client Engagement:

Engage with clients to understand their financial requirements and address any queries or requests.

Collaborate with the Operation team to ensure clients' financial objectives are met.

Provide financial analysis and insights to clients, supporting their decision-making processes.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

Prior experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficient in financial modeling and using financial software and tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, etc.) would be an advantage.
