What this job involves

  • Financial Services Delivery: Support the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services & support as defined in the contract with the US based Tech Client.
  • Daily Operations: Support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations, focusing on the client\xe2\x80\x99s reporting requirements at a local level for Pan India markets.
  • Budgetary Oversight: Oversee budgetary and reporting functions and manage accounts payable and receivable for Pan India markets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders (vendors, operations team, client assurance team, contract management) and assist in preparing financial tracker and on-time submission to client for approvals and dip checks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a team player to achieve KPI, financial, and other targets established for the account for Pan India markets.
Invoice Payments & Billings
  • Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments, coordinating the process with Facility Managers for Pan India markets.
  • Client Billing: Manage client billing and account receivables collection for Pan India markets.
  • Financial Information: Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Handle invoice reconciliation & consolidation for client & corporate purposes.
Client Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
  • Cost Accruals: Responsible for reviewing accruals of all cost categories of Pan India markets.
  • Budget Preparation: Review annual budget preparation, quarterly forecast, and monthly variances analysis with control variation of +/- 5% for quarter forecast.
  • Financial Performance Reporting: Consolidate monthly variances and quarterly financial performance reporting for Pan India markets.
  • Assurance Activities: Meet all relevant assurance activities and engage with stakeholders to resolve queries raised during audit checks.
  • Finance Process Control: Assist in establishing & monitoring controls to mitigate non-compliant findings in finance process.
Other responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Communication: Handle finance process & regulatory communication within the organization and with the site teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to ensure the contract has the most updated financial process.
  • MS Excel Skills: Possess strong MS Excel skills and work as part of the team for continuous improvement of financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Be an excellent communicator to manage stakeholders and build relationships with clients internally and externally.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Qualification:
  • Minimum working experience of 5 years and above in Accounting and/or Finance role.
  • Minimum Bachelor in Accountancy and/or Finance from recognized university.
  • Detailed, analytical and able to handle routine work while capable to perform analysis when required.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and good to have knowledge on Corrigo and/or JDE system.
  • Strong people skillset to manage internal and external clients.
