Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and excellent communication skills to lead our financial operations and maintain strong financial controls. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, managing budgets, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and interpret financial reports, advising managerial staff on actionable strategies.
• Recommend and oversee investment activities and strategic financial planning.
• Monitor and maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, and performance metrics against business plans, identifying trends and improvement areas.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through regular reviews and evaluations.
• Lead finance department operations, setting goals and implementing robust frameworks.
• Oversee budget preparation and liaise with auditors for financial compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to align on financial strategies and company goals.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, with a background as a financial analyst preferred.
• Strong command of financial analysis, market trends, and finance software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership abilities to guide and enforce financial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, statutory legislation, and regulations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?540,929.96 - ?1,050,000.00 per year
