Utilities Company seeks an experienced Finance Manager with strong proficiency
in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, Balance Sheet Finalize, Vendor Reconcile, Client/Vendor Ledger Scrutiny skills. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciling accounts and resolving
discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyse, and interpret financial data for business decision-making purposes.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models to aid in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Support the finance team in various ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests. Ensure
compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, assisting in their professional
growth and development.
  • Assist in external audits and interact with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Graduates with 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Graduate degree, M. Com, B.
Com, with acumen in analytics / data analysis or reports.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet
  • Solid understanding of financial modelling and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Tally Prime or ERP systems is a plus.
Education:
  • B. Com or associates degree in Accounting/Commerce management or related field
  • 6-10 years administrative experience
  • Past management or supervisory experience a plus
What is a must:

Stock: Stock controlling and management Knowledge with tally prime. In GST:

Balance Sheet Finalisation with company CA Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
