  • Overseeing all accounts, ledgers verify invoices and bills of vendors and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.
  • Administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing actual results with a view to identifying, explaining, and correcting variances as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Interacts at all levels and with budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report.
  • Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and review classification and booking of all transactions.
  • Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Prepare and review detailed journal entries and account analyses. Assist with compilation of exprepantivo of tus returns.
  • Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report.
  • Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget.
  • Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll protocols, to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments)
Requirements and skills
  • Experience working with tally prime 4.1, Zoho books.
  • Proficiency working with Excel, MS suite of products and prepare MIS Reports.
  • Knowledge in PF/ESI/Gratuity/TDS/Insurance/GST Filing.
  • Knowledge in Labour Laws & statutory compliance.
  • Leadership and management skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Assistant Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments.
