Roles and Responsibilities:

Familiar with banking standard operating procedures and systems pertaining to Fund Raising
Financial analysis and portfolio selection for investment
Thorough understanding of protocols, such as CMAs, for different kinds of bank and NBFC fund-raising.
Being familiar with the various credit line kinds, including BG, CC, LC, and PCFC, as well as negotiating with the banker.
Drafts bank proposals for term loan restrictions and working capital renewal or augmentation.
Thorough understanding of bank guarantees, BG\'s encashment, and extention
Keep an eye on expenses, examine deviations, and pinpoint areas that need improvement.
Offers guidance on private equity and venture capital fundraising tactics.
Skill in credit rating with compliances and negotiation
Management of relationships with Bankers, Investors, and Contractors
Monitoring and supervising the business\'s banking and borrowing agreement
Ensuring the organization is compliant with government norms and regulations
