- Lead the financial reporting of the Group, including standalone, subsidiaries and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead the quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits of the Group entities.
- Responsible for implementation, monitoring, and auditing of the ICOFR.
- Technical expert for the various existing and potential accounting matters.
- Lead the monthly MIS-FS preparation and reporting to the stakeholders.
- Lead the SOP implementations across the processes and its adherence by timely review.
- Expert in Direct and indirect taxation matters (India and Cross Countries both).
- Strong analytical skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ,
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS office and accounting tool.
