Job Description

The role entails management of financial reporting, audit processes, treasury and board meeting preparations while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimising financial systems for efficiency. It involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making.- Lead accurate and timely closure of accounts, conduct thorough variance analyses, reporting and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.- Manage precise financial statement preparation for audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and enhance financial risk controls for effective audit closures.- Coordinate comprehensive board meeting materials, including business updates and annual report requirements, and actively engage with board members to address inquiries and concerns.- Direct cash flow planning, nurture banking relationships, and collaborate with global treasury teams to implement new systems for optimal liquidity management.- Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, including company law and taxation, by managing statutory filings, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and reinforcing internal financial controls.Opportunity to be a part of a Listed organisation|A chance to work with the leadership team and advance one\'s career- CA with 4+ Years of Experience in Controllership, Reporting and Audit Functions
