Job Description

The mandate provides an excellent opportunity to lead the overall finance function for an early stage start-up. Working closely with the Founder, this position will be a part of a fast growth & meritorious environment.

• Handle the overall finance activities, across controllership & finance operations
• Lead the FP&A function for the team, and work closely with the business & strategy teams
• Manage the treasury function of the business, while handling the necessary cash flow
• Support the Founder with managing the investors, preparing decks & other M&A activities
• Handle the admin & legal functions, beyond the finance department
• Support the inventory management team with their day-to-day functions

• Qualified CA/MBA
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience working in a product-based/manufacturing set-up is a must
• Hands-on experience managing the overall finance function
• Should be a self-starter, who is passionate about the organisation mission
• Should be willing to working from office, in Bangalore
