Job Description

About the internshipKey responsibilities:1. Understanding and analyzing different investment asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, and private equity
2. Understanding different types of investment structures in the US (custodians, banks, etc.)
3. Prepare and record accounting entries in compliance with US GAAP accounting standards
4. Perform regular reconciliation of accounting statements, ensure consistency and accuracy between software\'s record and financial statements
5. Generate and distribute financial reports to clients, highlighting their portfolio performance, investment summaries, and other relevant information
6. Working with clients on usage of the system. Understanding issues on the system and ensuring these are filed and tracked for resolution
7.
