About Free Smile Foundation:
•Free Smile Foundation is a Youth Driven National NGO registered under societies registration Act 21 of 1860 by Government of Uttarakhand. FSF dedicated for Youth Development, Environment, Animal Care, Rural Education & Human Right related issues. •
We are looking for a motivated Finance & Administration Intern to support the financial management, accounting, and administrative functions of the Foundation.
Position Title : Finance & Administration Intern
• Location : Free Smile Foundation Office
• Duration : 3-6 Months
• Stipend : 1500-3000 Per month
• Recognition : Certification and non-financial recognition upon completion
• Reports to : Finance & Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities
•As a Finance & Administration Intern, you will assist in the smooth functioning of the Foundation's finance and administrative processes. Your tasks will include but are not limited to •:
• Assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
• Support in processing financial transaction, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Assist in budget tracking and ensure that program expenses align with allocated budget.
• Contribute to financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist in managing petty cash, expense reimbursement, and payroll-related tasks.
• Support HR functions such as tracking staff attendance and maintaining personal files.
• Provide general support to other departments as needed, such as preparing documents or presentations.
Qualification & Requirements
o Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
o Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel ) and accounting software ( Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
Terms of Reference (ToR)
• Objective : To support the Finance & Administration Officer in ensuring accurate financial management and smooth administrative operations.
• Expected Deliverables :
• Accurate and timely financial records and reports.
• Organized and up-to-date administrative files.
• Contributions to budgeting and financial planning.
• Administration records, including meeting notes and organized office files.
• Supports documents for audits, donors reporting, and internal reviews.
