About Us:Special Situation Advisors (India) Pvt. Ltd. (SSA) was started in 2010 as a leading Transaction Advisory firm specializing in Stressed Debt, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). Major clients include major Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity Funds with high yield investment mandate.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working on assets/loans put up for sale by lenders and ARCs (clients) and Studying the NPA portfolio put up for sale by financial institutions (clients)
- Helping in setting up and managing data room for the financial institutions which includes drafting of preliminary information memorandum or teasers of the non performing accounts, query resolution, investor interaction, etc
- Working on the preparation of the reserve price of assets/NPL portfolio
- Collaborating with bank officials for the necessary due diligence process
- Assisting with seniors within the organization in data preparation,data analysis, client coordination, and site visits
- Handling the end-to-end execution and assisting in carrying out transactions
- Maintaining MIS reports
- A confident individual, who is presentable and possesses good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, analytical and data interpretation skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Commute within and outside the city for business/client meetings.
- Understanding of loan process, documentation and eligibility would be an added advantage
- Quick learner, inquisitive, and initiator and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
